In my work I am prefer to apply the best methods of project management, marketing and digital technology. Have strong leadership qualities, can work in a team, I’m not afraid the problems and conflicts, just I am able to show empathy during the project, just as I am able to show persistence and perseverance. It is the company where I had formed as Event Manager, where I upgraded skill to level which can be used for organisation big international events and action.
At this position I upgraded the shills of text writing, official documents preparing and got experience of the protocol rules
COVID-19 period. It was very hard time for all world. At this position I had to be learn new online skill for making full events with translators, schedule, speakers and everything had to be as at usual offline event but online.

It was my first international projects abroad. There were a lot incredible challenges, deadlines tasks and language barriers with providers. It took a discipline to prepare everything remote, made payments and explain all technical issues exactly as we had need. Some tasks became easier from year to year and other became harder and wider. This 3 years allow me to understood how works the international event management and which tasks you should hold in you head permanently.

Exhibition is one of my favourite types of events. You create something physically and conceptually and trendy at every events. You should know all technical issues of both construction, processes of making communication with organizers. You should to prepare the best plan, that everything and everybody be on location on time. You have to check everything twice... No, five times. In additional to construction you must be care about accommodation for staff and guest, you should check transport and rotes, you even should know where you colleagues and speakers will be eat.

Cause I like electronic devices and everything what has a chip very much, organising the online activities also one of my favourite actions. At this event it was the challenge to find suitable software, cause ZOOM is not good for China. Also, we had to filming and editing on the 20 deferents location, translate it also. Besides, we had to produce souvenirs and deliver them to 12 different provinces in China. And also, we had to be provide on-air broadcasting 7 days in a row on the chromakey background.
A very memorable event.
